Stories from the Fractal
Shaun Donaldson is a Melbourne-based author of fantasy and science fiction, writing stories about people, choices, and the complicated space between doing good and being good.
Their work ranges from intimate fantasy to far-future science fiction, but remains grounded in a fascination with people. With how they understand each other. How they fail each other. And what they choose to do afterwards.
When not writing, they can be found painting an unreasonable amount of small plastic soldiers, arguing with fictional characters, or acquiring new projects faster than they can reasonable complete them.
